METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment for goods and services is expected at the time arrangements are made, unless other arrangements have been made prior to need.  For your convenience we accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), or a verifiable irrevocable insurance assignment. There will be a 3% surcharge on all cash advance items purchased with a credit card.

CREMATION SERVICES:

Direct Cremation
A Direct Cremation is appropriate when no visitation, viewing or service is desired. Included in this service is local transportation of the decedent into our care, refrigeration and completion of the death certificate. The cremation takes place at our on-site crematory and the cremated remains are placed into an urn that the family has selected. We have a large variety of personalized urns, keepsake urns and cremation jewelry. Families can take cremated remains to their residence, scatter them at sea or take them to a cemetery.

Private Viewing followed by a Cremation
This type of service consists of the use of a Visitation Room for a two hour, daytime, weekday viewing with a maximum of 10 people present.  Upon the conclusion of the viewing, the body is transferred to our onsite crematory and cremated.  The cremated remains can be taken to a residence, cemetery or scattered at sea.

A Memorial Service takes place after the cremation and is held in our chapel which seats 250 guests. This is an opportunity for Family and Friends to come together in tribute to a loved one.  A Memorial Service is officiated by a family member or religious leader.  If needed, we can assist the family in finding an appropriate service officiant. The urn can be displayed at the Memorial Service and our staff can personalize a Guest Book and Memorial Folders.  We offer complimentary webcasting and recording of the service, the creation of a Tribute Slideshow and an interactive obituary listing on our website.

Traditional Hindu or Sikh Funeral Service followed by a Witness Cremation
This is an opportunity for Family and Friends to come together in a planned tribute to a loved one. Prior to a Sikh or Hindu service, family members come to our facility to wash and dress the decedent.  Hindu and Sikh families use our large chapel for the Funeral Service which seats 250 guests. The deceased is present in an open cremation casket and a priest officiates the prayers. Our staff can personalize a Guest Book and Memorial Folders. We offer complimentary webcasting and recording of the service, the creation of a Tribute Slideshow and an interactive obituary listing on our website. Upon the conclusion of the Funeral Service in the chapel, guests walk from the chapel to the crematory for final prayers and to witness the start of the cremation.

Traditional Funeral Service followed by a Burial
This is an opportunity for Family and Friends to come together in a planned tribute to a loved one.  A Funeral Service followed by a burial is held in our chapel or a church of the family's choice.  A Funeral Service is typically officiated by the family pastor or a minister who can be arranged through the Funeral Home.  The decedent is present in an open casket for viewing. Our staff can personalize a Guest Book and Memorial Folders. We offer complimentary webcasting and recording of the service, the creation of a Tribute Slideshow and an interactive obituary listing on our website.  Upon the conclusion of the service, the family and their guests travel to the cemetery for the burial.  The family can designate pallbearers to carry the casket from the chapel to the hearse and from the hearse to the gravesite.

Immediate Burial
An immediate burial is appropriate when no visitation, viewing, funeral service or graveside service is desired. Once the decedent has been taken into our care, they are placed into refrigeration until the death certificate is completed. Our staff coordinates directly with the cemetery chosen by the family concerning the burial date and time. Family members are not present for the burial and are notified once the burial has been completed.
