Rest in peace my Dear Mausi. We reflect on the great memories and laughter I remember with you and my late mother (Saroj).

We were so fortunate to catch up with you and spend a few moments talking and reminiscing just last month.

Padma was a very special first cousin to me...because she would never get cranky or upset with any one... My earliest recollection goes back to Surend Bhaiya's wedding when I was playing with the leaves (people were going to eat off???) ... she took me to the side and explained what I was doing was wrong.... barely raising her voice....
When I first heard the news of her passing, I sat Daya and asked her to join me in a prayer for my most beloved sister.. Pity, the years and distances separated us... my last meeting was when Suresh passed away..
To her siblings, children, grand children and great grand children.. I pray to god to give yous all strength n guidance through this dark hour in your lives.. May the almighty keep her soul in peace for ever.. Sis love you for ever..!!

My dear brothers and sisters and nephews and nieces

The untimely passing away of a loved one is a very sad and huge loss but I know that Padma Bhaini went peacefully. I am so glad that despite the distances that separate USA from Australia, we were able to meet and talk to Bhaini at Arti's wedding recently. That meeting and photos we took we will treasure forever.

Cling to the memories and let them find their way to heal you. The love and laughter, the joy in the togetherness you shared, will make you strong. You’ll come to realize that your time together, no matter how long, was meant to be, and that you were blessed to have such a precious gift of a mother & grandma's love in your life.

Forgive us for not being there in person to lighten your burden, but please know that you all are in our hearts, minds and prayers.

We pray to God to grant you the strength to carry on.

With our deepest sympathy and love
Naveen and Monica Sharma, Brisbane, Australia
