Ricky Lee Hall, 64, of Sacramento, California, was called home on March 23, 2026. Born on July 23, 1961, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, he was the son of Ralph Hall and Vivian Mead, and was raised by his bonus father, Larry (Anita) Mead.
Ricky had a passion for sports, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, and Denver Broncos. He is survived by his sons, Ryan (Frankie) Wittman and Cody (Emma) Wittman of San Antonio, Texas, and his daughter, Alaina Wood-Hall of Chicago, Illinois. Grandchildren he: adored Paisley, Charlotte, Watson, and Peyton. He is also survived by his siblings: Phil (Jackie) Hall of Hebron, Maryland; Todd (Theresa) Hall of Palatine, Illinois; and Kaye (Joe) Morris of Ward, Arkansas, as well as his bonus siblings: Don Mead, Julie Mead, and Laura (Chuck) Deck and his special sister, Laura (Mike) Sindelar. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews.
Ricky is preceded in death by his wife, Diana Aguayo, mother, Vivian Mead, father, Ralph Hall, and nephew, Tyler Morris.
Ricky was a longtime Tax Advisor for H&R Block, spending 27 years with them. He was a well-respected professional and always took the time to help people. He will be dearly missed by his work family, many of whom he worked with for over 20 years.
He always loved a good adventure that mixed in his interests, whether it was going to the Disney parks or catchin’ them all in Pokémon Go. Cremation is being handled by North Sacramento Funeral Home, and a memorial service will be held later.
