Rachel Johnson, formerly known as Jacque Rankin, passed away on February 12, 2020 in Carmichael, CA. Born in Lincoln, NE on February 6, 1944. Preceded in death by her parents Harold and Wanda Rankin and her 2 brothers Greg and Brad Rankin. Survived by her daughter Teresa Appleton(Felix Garcia) of Ardmore, OK, her sister Karen Brashear(Michael) of Carmichael, CA, brother Trace Rankin(Kim) of Jackson, CA, sister-in-law Julaine Brownlow(Ron) of Roseville, CA, best friends Nancy Alexander and Judy Wariner of Sacramento, CA, one niece and three nephews. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Fair Oaks District Cemetery, 7780 Olive Street, Fair Oaks, California.
