Laurette Albaugh Obituary

Albaugh, Laurette Lord, born on January 30, 1925 in Beverly Hills, California, the only child of Rowland Lord and Laura Royce Lord. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Bathe and her second husband, James Albaugh. Children, Diana Cottam (Cliff), and Gary Bathe. She was preceded in death by Roger Bathe, her oldest child. Grandchildren, Douglas Bender, David Bender, and Daniel Bender. She also has eight great grandchildren. Like many women of her generation, she was a stay-at-home mom when her children were growing up. Later she was employed by the State of California, retiring after 22 years of service. In retirement, she and her husband enjoyed traveling to Italy, France, Austria, Greece, Alaska and Mexico. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Instead, take time to "smell the roses" along life's highway and enjoy a laugh in her memory
