It is with deep love and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Harold Leon Moore who departed this life on November 1, 2025. He was 66 years old.

Born July 11, 1959, in Los Angeles, California, he has resided in Sacramento, California for 50 years. Leon lived a life of generosity, and devotion to his loved ones. He was a man who valued family. He was a father, a devoted son, a supportive brother, uncle, and a cherished friend. To those who knew him, he will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter , and the presence he brought into every room. His laughter, his guidance, and his care will remain with us forever.

He was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Jean Moore. He is survived by his son Alexander Moore, mother Annie Moore, brother Willie James Moore, sisters Carolyn Randle, Linda Moore, and Brenda Moore, his extended Agee family, along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces. 

We will honor Leon on November 24th with a chapel service followed by a celebration of life for his family and close friends. For those unable to attend, this event will be live-streamed in the link below.
