Harjit Singh Gill

Harjit Singh Gill was born on the evening of June 25, 1998, in Shankot Tehsil Nakodar District Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Born to Harpal Singh Gill and Kiranjit Kaur Gill, he brought immeasurable joy to their lives and the lives of many others. Harjit's memory lives on in the hearts of his sister, Manbir Kaur Gill, and a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who became his cherished family.

At the tender age of four months, Harjit and his family moved to America. His arrival was met with admiration; strangers couldn't help but pause and admire the splendor of this baby boy, a reflection of his mother's love and his unique spirit.

Growing up in Yuba City, Harjit's formative years were a blend of exploration and growth. In 2008, the family bought their home on Carroll Ave. Harjit, his sister, and a neighbor girl quickly became the three musketeers. Their memories will forever be cherished. His educational journey led him through Norwood Elementary School, shaping his early years with knowledge and camaraderie. Transitioning to Natomas Pacific Pathways Prep (NP3) from 6th grade until graduation, he embraced learning as a lifelong pursuit.

In his high school years, Harjit's dreams began to take shape. A vision of success in Real Estate emerged, and he seized the opportunity to intern with Lyon Real Estate. Guided by his determination and commitment, he diligently completed the requisite courses and triumphed in the state exam on Jan. 17, 2017. Harjit's journey in Real Estate was marked by accomplishments, and his ambitions extended to nurturing his property management company, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Harjit's heart beat for his community. His passion for helping business owners succeed and flourish was found through the Chamber of Commerce. Mentor Tong Veu introduced him to this noble endeavor in 2018, and by 2021, Harjit stood as Vice President, a testament to his dedication. His current trajectory was a testament to his unwavering commitment, actively preparing to ascend to the role of President.

Harjit's love for his family, friends, and his community was boundless. He held an affinity for exploration, his ventures accompanied by the purr of his Harley. His final day was spent in the embrace of nature's beauty, a fitting prelude to the eternal journey that awaited him.

On this day, as we bid farewell to Harjit Singh Gill, we hold dear the memories of his laughter, his aspirations, and the love he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him. Though his physical presence may be absent, his spirit dances on in the stories we share, the smiles he bestowed, and the mark he left upon the tapestry of our lives.
