Obituary
Eleanor Jane Winner was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She is the fourth child of Leona and Preston Lawrence Sr. Eleanor married Leon Winner Sr. and had four children, Leon Jr., Sharon L., Tracy L., and Leona F. Winner. Eleanor graduated from American Legion High School and retired after working 31 years with the State of California as a Senior Personnel Specialist but she had a host of other talents. Of those other talents, she enjoyed most mentoring young women in her church and speaking at the Women’s Bible Study. Eleanor’s greatest passion was loving and serving the LORD.
