Sacramento lost a beloved member of their community on July 12 when Chomseng Sayabouipheth passed away in the Stanford Hospital. Chomseng was born on August 4, 1930 in Muang Sing, Laos. Chomseng is survived by his beloved wife, Wanphong, his six children, twenty-three grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. Grandpa brought a little wisdom, happiness, warmth, loyalty and love to every life he touched.
