In Loving Memory of Albert Valenzuela

Albert Valenzuela, a devoted husband, father, son, grandfather, and friend, passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 55. Born in Sacramento, California, to Esperanza and Yisdro Valenzuela, Albert lived a life defined by resilience, laughter, and an unwavering love for his family.

For 23 wonderful years, Albert shared his life with his beloved wife, Stefanie. Though their journey began long ago, they officially wed in October 2024, continuing their shared adventures of traveling the States and taking to the sea on frequent cruises.

Albert’s strength was never more evident than in his battle with congestive heart failure. On August 12, 2023, he received the gift of a heart transplant—a second chance at life for which he remained profoundly grateful every single day.

Family was Albert’s greatest joy. He was a proud father to Christina and a doting grandfather to Michael and Isabella. He shared a special, inseparable bond with his mother, Esperanza; whether they were watching The Price Is Right or simply catching up on the phone, their time together was a cornerstone of his life.

Known as the life of every party, Albert’s infectious smile and lively spirit were impossible to miss. He found excitement at the bingo hall and the casino, but also enjoyed the quiet pursuit of coin collecting and his deep passion for history.

Albert is survived by his loving wife, Stefanie; his mother, Esperanza; his daughter, Christina; and his cherished grandchildren, Michael and Isabella. He also leaves behind his sister, Sylvia; his nephew, Vincent; his aunts, Gloria and Yolanda; his uncle, Tom; and a wide circle of treasured friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Yisdro, and his brother, David.

Albert’s legacy is one of kindness, storytelling, and the immense joy he sparked in others. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him.
