METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment for goods and services is expected at the time arrangements are made, unless other arrangements have been made prior to need.  For your convenience we accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), or a verifiable irrevocable insurance assignment. There will be a 3% surcharge on all cash advance items purchased with a credit card.

CREMATION SERVICES:

Direct Cremation
A Direct Cremation is appropriate when no visitation, viewing or service is desired. Included in this service is local transportation of the decedent into our care, refrigeration and completion of the death certificate. The cremation takes place at our on-site crematory and the cremated remains are placed into an urn that the family has selected. We have a large variety of personalized urns, keepsake urns and cremation jewelry. Families can take cremated remains to their residence, scatter them at sea or take them to a cemetery.

Identification Viewing prior to Cremation
An Identification Viewing is limited to 3 immediate family members and 30 minutes. This type of viewing does not include embalming so we respectfully reserve the right to refuse service if further preparation is necessary or if an autopsy or organ donation has been performed.

Visitation and Viewing Service prior to Cremation
A set time for family and friends to visit, share memories and show their support. Limited to 25 guests and two daytime hours in our visitation room. The body is viewed in an open cremation casket and our staff will be present to assist in any manner.

Traditional Memorial Service
A Memorial Service takes place after the cremation and is held in our chapel which seats 250 guests. A memorial service is officiated by a family member or religious leader. If needed, we can assist the family in finding an appropriate service officiant. The urn can be displayed at the memorial service and our staff can personalize memorial folders, a guest book and video tribute honoring the decedent.

This is an opportunity for family and friends to come together in a planned tribute to a loved one. Funeral Services are generally held in our chapel or at a church, formally officiated and the body is viewed in an open cremation casket. Our staff can personalize memorial folders, a guest book and video tribute honoring the decedent. After the service, the cremation is scheduled and the remains can be taken to a residence, cemetery or scattered at sea.

Traditional Hindu or Sikh Funeral Service followed by a Witness Cremation
This is an opportunity for family and friends to come together in a planned tribute to a loved one. Prior to a Sikh or Hindu service, family members come to our facility to wash and dress the decedent. A viewing may also take place prior to the funeral service. Hindu and Sikh families use our large chapel which seats 250 guests. The deceased is present in an open cremation casket and a priest from the temple officiates the funeral service and prayers. Our staff can personalize memorial folders, a guest book and video tribute honoring the decedent. Following the service, family members and guests walk from the chapel to the crematory for final prayers and cremation.

The deceased is present in an open cremation casket and the family coordinates Buddhist monks to officiate the service. Our staff can personalize memorial folders, a guest book and video tribute honoring the decedent. Following the service, family members and guests walk from the chapel to the crematory for final prayers and the cremation.

Traditional Funeral Service followed by a Burial
A funeral service followed by a burial is held in our chapel or a church. Our chapel seats 250 guests. A funeral service is typically officiated by a religious leader and the decedent is present in an open casket. Usually the day or evening before the service, a visitation and viewing is held. Upon the conclusion of the service, the family and guests process to the cemetery, led by the hearse and motor escorts.

Immediate Burial
An immediate burial is appropriate when no visitation, viewing, funeral or graveside service is desired. Once the deceased has been taken into our care, they are placed into refrigeration until the death certificate is completed. Our staff coordinates directly with the cemetery chosen by the family concerning the burial date and time. Family members are not present for the burial and are contacted once the burial is complete.
