Dhruwa Ram Sharma

Dhruwa Ram Sharma was born in Ba, Fiji Islands on March 21, 1950 and passed away in peace on February 22, 2018 in Sacramento, CA. He is survived by his sisters Mansa Ram, Chaitan Bahadur, and Prem Sharma; his daughters Shobna and Archna Sharma; and his seven grandchildren Siddhartha, Sahaj, Mahatma, Govinda, Nalini, Anjani, and Ameena. He is preceded in death by his brother Shree Ram and his sister Saras Ram.

Dhruwa moved his family to the states in 1984 where he spent thirty-five years as an automotive mechanic. In his spare time Dhruwa loved to cook Indian meals. He loved soccer and enjoyed watching it on television. His grandchildren brought him great joy and he took great pride in being able to use his mechanic skills to make sure family and friends always had finely tuned automobiles.

 He was a loving father and grandfather who will be missed by all. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
